Re submit it with the new forms. Don't use the one returned by them, Coz it has lots of marks and writings.KCee0312 said:Hi,
I got my application through Mail. It was returned to me. I received no email from them saying so im the past. It needed an original signature in one of the form.
I have few questions:
Do I re-submit with these papers that was returned?(with checks and highlights, uci number) or generate new ones from the website?
I printed out multiple copies of my application kit, can I use them instead?
Also, I paid my application online. Do i have to pay again and send new official receipt or i can just use the same receipt. (It says on the letter that " your application fee was not processed and was returned to you").
Last thing is my Nomination that will expire on March 30, do you think I should apply for an extension?
If I submit this tomorrow, it will be there by the 18th. Or should I apply for an extension to be safe?
TIA

You don't have to pay again. Just resubmit your payment receipt.
you don't have to ask for nomination extension as long as your application will reach CIC before it expires.
Make sure to resubmit complete application package. Double check it before resubmission..
My application was also returned last November, then I resubmit it right away.
Goodluck.

If you receive PCC, are you going to wait until they request it or submit it via CSI ?
HI I have same question. ....I think AOR email should be good in order to apply for BOWP ( have to meet other criteria as well).kratos25 said:hi guys,
for those applying inland.. just quick question if we received AOR doesnt it mean we passed PER or possitive eligibility review and can apply for open work permit ? am i right ?? my work permit will expire in 50 days..

I remember that for BCPNP applicants, once you are nominated by BCPNP, you are eligible to apply bridging open work permit supporting letter from PNP office. Just call BCPNP.kratos25 said:hi guys,
