Hi, i managed to link my paper application with the online account. Here is how i did it: PR->PNP->Use UCI and Application Number->Passport info->Since AB does not need IELTS so there is nowhere to input these info, skip->Choose the Province and City and type ONLY 1 people as applicant->Found the case of yours->Button to link. Then u can see the details of your application if u click the button.

I am thinking to go for upfront medicals.

No, I didn't get any emails. Only the front page of MyCIC changed to Updated

U didn't get MR request and how did u do it?

I am a TFW here then I renewed my WP with medical last year. I just gave it shot if they would still accept my previous medical result since it hasn't expired yet, not until August 5th, 2016.

Just received my GCMS notes, it appears to me that they're on criminal and security check already. All medicals were passed. Hopefully they will give it to us. God Bless us all.
