November 2023 Outland spousal applications

In the GCKey it said we are checking your background and will let you know if we need information. Something like that. Don't remember exactly. But now it only says Not Applicable.
Will this change be sent to your email saying you have an update or message? Or do I have to check it manually every few days?

I have filled my outland application in Nov 23. I am PA. Here is my timeline:
Submitted: 23rd Nov, 2023
AOR: 17th Jun, 2024
Biometric Complete: 23rd Jan, 2024
Medical Complete: 31st Jan, 2024
Eligibility Complete: 28th Feb
Background Check: In progress
I have been waiting since almost two months and no further updates. I contacted to their call center numbers but they are saying same which I am able to see on portal..
How much time does it take to get final decision ? should I go for TRV ? Can you please guide on GCMS note, at what time we can ask for those note?

In a similar boat. Submitted 09 November 2023, AOR, SA, Biometrics, Medical all completed in January 2024, and have been sitting at Background in progress since Feb 13th. Looking at different threads and the spreadsheet, I think it's about a 3 month wait from where we are at in the process (so mid-late May for our cases).
Do you see any last update in your tracker ?
my tracker shows last updated on march 12th.
Mine shows last update March 1 2024 but I didn't get anything new then, so guessing ghost update or something backend that doesn't mean anything really.
