Hi Everyone,

I applied on Nov 25th 2023 and citizenship tracker is updated on Feb 23, 2024 that my oath ceremony is scheduled for March 1, 2024. However, I haven't received an email with the instructions to attend. I received an email about downloading e-certificate though.

Any idea when I might receive the email with instructions on how to attend the ceremony? OR should I contact Mississauga office?

Some ppl receive the letter a couple of days prior but I'd contact them, just to be safe

i was supposed to have my oath today, i called the number and sent a number of web forms but never got a notice to appear just instructions on how to download my certificate. does anyone know how i can contact someone apart from the telephone number or web form?
