Hi All,
I was asked to submit additional docs for my husband's application. I replied to the email same day as I received my AOR and the request email. It has been a week since then I have not yet received acknowledgement nor the tracker has been updated. It still shows 'waiting on you' for the document request on my husband's account.
Do I need to follow up? Or usually how long before that gets updated any idea? Or does it never get updated?

Did they ask you to reply to email or upload the document using the webform? What instructions are given in email to submit the document?
Okay. I think a week is not much time for IRCC. So wait another week and then may be call IRCC.

Does your Test show as complete on the online tracker right away? It should take a day or two since you just finished your test today
Still shows in progress. I just completed the test 15 min ago. I think they review pictures from webcam of test before changing the status to completed.
