FINALLY I received passport request on September 27. One question. I received a Medical Surveillance Undertaking for my mother. I am unsure what to do with it. Do I need to send it somewhere? I have no idea what to do with it. Does anyone know what to do it with? there are no instructions.

Congratulations! I remember reading on this thread at some point that you will get one PPR letter with only Principal Applicant's name. You can submit the passports of all the dependents under that one letter.

Your security screening will probably take longer than usual since your parent worked for military.

My tracker started working after 25 days of this issue. Sending webforms or calling IRCC won’t help. It will fix itself. I know it is frustrating that you can not see the progress but just keep checking every day

How long did it take for yours to fix? I gave my test and after 4 days my tracker stuck. It has been 3 days already that I can’t access my tracker. Did you call IRCC or sent a webform?

Same issue with me. I did my test and then after 4 days my tracker account got stuck on “Loading…”.

You should be able to do test with the instructions provided to you via email. Tracker has nothing to do with your test.

Still shows in progress. I just completed the test 15 min ago. I think they review pictures from webcam of test before changing the status to completed.
