On the processing time page, it says that sending AORs in the week of November 25, but I see that lot of november applicants before the 25th November haven't received the AORs yet. Not sure if the newly updated time is correct.

Sure, but that's what their tracker says. And a few people from late november/december have received their AORs

That might be correct info for ( i assume ) 80% of the applicants, the rest would be case to case ( god knows what criteria )
