I just received the test invite today. Looks like my application is being processed in Scarborough.

I am going to be on vacation for 3 weeks in November. I am thinking of doing the test as late as possible (Sep 13 or 14) so the chances of my oath being scheduled after I return on Nov 25 are higher. This is just to avoid going through the rescheduling process.

Does this make sense? Is the current timeline from the Scarborough office closer to 2 months or 3 months?

Do not even waste your time do your test now. I'm with Scarborough office test completed since May 12 2022 no update to date. So I would assume you doing test now you're looking for an oath ceremony in Feb-Mar 2023

My AOR is Feb 8 and still do not have background check or even a ghost update. Looks like IRCC has moved to updates for applicants with AORs one week after me.

i have similar condition only AOR 16 Feb and nothing after

question for people who already took the test online, When you get email invitation for test and have a test window, should you log in and book date or time for taking the test within the given window, or no such service and you can take the test anytime within window by clicking on the given link?

Hey m8.
U can take the test anytime 24x7 in your test window.

U need to use ur computer camera to take pic of your id card (one that has ur sign & photo like drivers license, health card, pr card etc) and your self during the sign in process. So just make sure you have good lighting. ID card pic comes first followed by your pic. Just be careful not to mess up the sequence

I found the exam to be easy as long as u do enough practice tests.

Yup. Most likely your background check will be marked complete in a few days and you will be invited to take the test in the next 2 to 3 weeks
