Hi @legalfalcon I'd placed a webform request to my LVO (London, UK) and got this response.

'Dear Client,

Your application is currently awaiting further review.

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we can’t process applications normally or give accurate processing times for most applications.

Please do not send repeat enquiries as these take away from our ability to process applications and reply to emails. Rest assured that IRCC will contact you again as soon as we are able to proceed with your application. Please wait to hear from us.'

Should I be concerned? @legalfalcon

AOR: Nov 5, 2020
Meds passed: Dec 15, 2020
Biometrics submitted: Dec 17, 2020
IP1: Jan 2020
Real 1P2: May 2020

I truly appreciate what you do. Thank you!
What ability they are talking about! They barely efficient. They are way behind being able.....

I believe your eligibility and security are passed by now, and most likely your application is being finalized if not already. Your application main problem would be to issue official CoPr during this travel restrictions period

Nothing to be concerned about. If you sent multiple webforms, try not doing it in the future.

Me
My AOR is 10 November 2020
Last update was on 22 January for RCMP document request
since then I heard nothing
I have not had requests for any documents. Last thing was medical passed. That’s why I ordered GCMS notes but that got stuck too. What is RCMP?

Thanks @legalfalcon. I'm not sure what the email is referring to. As this was my 1st and only webform to them.

I know GCMS notes would reveal more. But would you say my application is nearing approval?
Thank you!

Hi, is only me or the application portal is not working? I tried several times and after I enter the username and password it sends me back to choose the language. (clearing cache and cookie also done)

Try a different browser. It works for me most of the times.

It is difficult to predict, but once you have your GCMS notes, and if your eligibility is passed, you should be fine and almost done.

Hi @legalfalcon

I posted this query a few days ago but I think it got lost in the crowd.

I am a PR of Canada since 2018 and my Fiance has her PR application in progress - FSW-O. The AOR is Nov 2020 and we haven't had an update in the profile since January, like most other applicants.

If we get married, before she gets her COPR, will her cumulative points/CRS Score change? I know the points go down for adding the spouse but I guess the points don't change in case the Spouse is a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident?

Thanks!

Hello FSW-O, AOR 16 November

1) Received GCMS notes from getgcms yesterday. Request for GCMS notes was 30/06.
- File last updated 21 January 2021
- All passed except for Eligibility & Security, both Not Started.

2) Phoned IRCC two weeks ago, got through on 3rd attempt, waited for 40 mins, spoke with an agent who was unable to access my file because it’s currently at our local VO, Pretoria. Pretoria VO have no options to speak with an agent, they only communicate via email and web forms

Just thought I’d share this info

I have one doubt.
While I submitted ITA, my age was 27 but on the date of AOR, age was 28.
Point for the age will remain same. However, could anyone please confirm if this can cause any trouble in passing eligibility?

What can you do if it causes a problem? Your age is locked on the day of ITA but if you are still looking for unnecessary anxiety that’s another issue

Your details are only locked with AOR. There will be an age check between ITA and AOR done.
There will be no issues with Eligibility.
