I received an email to provide my current residential address on March 31. Did anyone receive such email and if so have they gotten any further update from IRCC?

Eligibility: In progress

When can I expect my Copr?

There is a new public policy for FSW-Inland applications who are also currently employed:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ic-policies/trpr-international-graduates.html

@legalfalcon based on the criteria of that public policy, can my PR application be processed faster:
- I have a Canadian credentials
- I am employed at the time of the AOR (But I ONLY put this Canadian work exp under personal history - because I didnt claim point for it)
- I was under implied status, while waiting for my PGWP

It seems like my case is on the border of eligibility of that public policy :(

Is it always the case that the COPR validity is 1 year from the medical or sometimes do they make it shorter?

I am asking because my medical was March 2020, AOR was November 2020 and I don't want to immigrate this year.

I'm in the same boat my friend. I hope that will make it easier for us. I also applied when i was under implied status, but i noticed in the my Gcms notes the officer left a note stating that i have a valid pgwp until 2023.

But, Is this something that we should apply for, or we'll be automatically considered if we have an application and meet the requirements of the public policy?

Hey, did you already get PGWP when the GCMS note was issued? Maybe that's why the officer could pull your file.

Also, I didn't provide any employment letter for my Canadian job. Did you ? or did you also put it only under Personal History?

For your question, the policy says that only application received from May 6 onwards is considered... Wonder if they also consider us,.

Yes my pgwp was already issued. I believe we still have the option to submit another application if we meet the public policy reqs and if that will be a faster route .

Hello,

Exact same boat as you two guys.
Job declared only in history, no points claimed on that.

Maybe @legalfalcon knows if we could be either:
- eligible and will have to apply on the new program
- eligible and automatically prioritized based on the existing FSW-Inland application
- Not eligible as we can’t have two applications simultaneously

Looking forward to hearing more about this.

Also, would a contact form be useful to send a request to be considered under this new stream, based on the info provided in our current application?

Thanks everyone.
Take care.

How do we submit another applications under these new policies when our PR is already under process?
