Quick update folks- just got message for Medicals passed... I have already given my Bio metrics for Work permit last year so i am assuming i wont have to do that again. however, will i get any notification about that? Stating i will not need Bio metrics?
Your biometrics will be uploaded in the next 24-48 hours and you will get an email saying that your profile has been updated. The biometric column will show the date and expiry of your biometrics.

MEP & Biometric Letter Update : 7th Jan

Could anyone assist on Biometric ? I've heard that VFS Delhi is not accepting appointments for PR Biometric ?
Any way we could give it ? or any news of opening soon ?

Also, i've heard people travelling to Dubai to get Biometric ? Is it feasible ?

Hey,
Biometric centres access india are closed for PR visa.
Thus, people are trying to get it done from Dubai and other countries.
Many who are participating in this form have also applied.

Can we raise a webform to see if our eligibility has started? How long does eligibility generally take after MEP/BIL?

YEs, you can. Once you have withdrawn, there is nothing stopping you for rejoining the pool
Thank you for your response @legalfalcon .

I withdrew my application 5 days after AOR due to inconsistencies in my work reference letter (AOR: 25 November, withdrawal letter: 30 November).

Withdrawal letter got acknowledged since 17th December saying it has been forwarded to responsible office for final decision.

Got a new ITA subsequently and submitted a new eAPR on 10th December.

However, yesterday I got an update on my profile saying my processing is 24% in progress. It makes me wonder why they would not give a final decision but continue processing my application. I guess they do not want to make a full refund .
