Gave Medicals on November 4, 2020. Medical status shows approved.
Received AOR (online receipt) on November 12, 2020.
Did Biometrics on March 5, 2021 (Biometrics centers in India only opened near the end of Feb. 2021),
Still stuck in Security and Background check.

It is going to be almost an year since I received my AOR. Really unsure of what to do next.

This simply means that the CIO has made ana assessment, and based on that, your application has been brought forward and added to a group. This is just an administrative note.

Thank you @legalfalcon ! I'm also wondering why in the Case Processing Agent's notes on Work Experience, he only lists my most recent job of 8 months, when I also declared two others (one of 2 years and 4 months, one of 9 months). So notes are as follows:

CRS Foreign Work: 0 years and 8 months. FSW Work: 0 years 0 months of 1 year - REVIEW REQUIRED. CRS Foreign Work: 8 months of 3 years - REVIEW REQUIRED. __________________ WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years, 11 FSW Points

The other 2 jobs were listed in Employment History, and all supporting docs submitted.

If you meet the threshold for the CRS, IRCC will go any further as your eligibility would be met.

Hi everyone, as I have been waiting for my FSW-inland for almost a year, I almost become eligible for CEC now. I have a few questions about the requirements:

1. I started working on Nov 9, 2020. By Nov 5, 2021 I will complete 52 weeks (thus 52 * 30 hours = 1560 hours). Is this enough for CEC or do I need to work pass Nov 9, 2021 ?
2. My last medical was done on Nov 6, 2020 and I have never left Canada since then, is it possible to use this Medical exam if I get my ITA somewhere between Nov 5 and Nov 9, 2021?

If no, is there a way to not do upfront medical exam and wait for them to request after submitting CEC app?

Can I do a webform my self and put all my.details but with a different email to receive the reply ?

I don't know if this was cleared up but just to be certain of what you are asking.
Are you waiting for your AOR (Acknowledgement or Receipt) letter to say that your application was received or the COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence)?

I am also a SINP,

• Received SINP on Sep 15th 2020
• ITA on Sep 30th 2020
• Submitted eAPR on Nov 9th 2020
• Received AOR on Nov 10th 2020

Currently awaiting COPR.
If you don't have AOR to date something may be wrong, what did your lawyer say on the matter?

It will have no impact on your PR application.

You can upload the medical upfront sheet from your previous medicals and write a LoE that if required, you can get a new one.

IF IRCC requires a new medical, they will ask.
