There could be an exception that CoPR issued applicants can cross the border, but the question remains when. None of us are getting PPR's or CoPR's!

That's true, no one received PPR or COPR yet. But the travel restrictions changed two business days ago, so lets wait and see.
I don't see why they will create a new section specific for applicants that reside in the USA if they're not going to start sending PPRs or directly COPRs to them.

When you guys think they will start issuing PPRs? Considering draws are back to normal and they should finalize files in the pool.

Yup, my point exactly. Especially when it says:
You can travel from US to settle and live in CA.
It could also mean that citizens from visa free countries that are living in US can enter Canada to live and settle as PR. But yeah this just an assumption. It could mean everyone too! will see..

Nope, you need to have a COPR and an approved application before that.

Yes, I implied that citizens of visa free countries that are living in US can enter Canada if they have approved PR and CoPR email! For these group of people Canada doesnt need to physically request the passports and stamp em, cuz they're from visa free countries happen to live in US at this moment of time.

No one has an answer to that. Unfortunately IRCC isn't announcing any of its plans :/ . It has serious communication problems xD

That's true. Anyway, now it's clear that there are no travel restrictions for candidates who are in the USA and have COPR. But when it comes to the IRCC's plan of actions nothing is clear we are just guessing and speculating.

I called them yesterday. You will need a CoPR at hand to be able to cross the border. My application was approved on March 31st but no CoPR yet. Have they sent out any CoPRs to outlanders since March 18th?
