I doubt they will be issuing any COPRs to those residing in the US right now as they just extended the Canada-US border closure for 30 more days.https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/immigration-applicants.html
This webpage was modified on July 10th and it clearly doesn't mention any restrictions if you are a foreign national residing in the USA after they "send you a COPR"
No i am inland, it turned out that it was a scam, CBSA website mention that they will not contact public directly hence if a call is received it is a scamAre you an Outland PR applicant who resides in the USA ? They are exempt from the travel restrictions from July 10th maybe they started contacting applicants with such a profil
Hey.. happened to read your post. If you’re in Canada why don’t you send a webform and tell them that? I remember reading about a case where the person was an Outland applicant who had travelled to Canada in Feb 2020 and she got her PR!I have no idea. Mind you that I am actually IN Canada at the moment, as a tourist, and despite my application is approved, I can't finalize it! I don't even need to travel!!

Hi! I told them that several times and I actually updated my address and phone number. Nothing changed. Probably that person's PR was approved on or before March 18th, mine is on 20thHey.. happened to read your post. If you’re in Canada why don’t you send a webform and tell them that? @Addan29 I am in exact same situation. PR approved in March. Inside Canada on TRV. Contacted them multiple times. No COPR yet. it is very frustrating What else do they want?Hi! This looks good! but the dates seems to be indefinite. They will, as per the website it clearly says:
Travelling from the US
You can travel to Canada from the United States to settle and live in Canada as a permanent resident if
- we approved your application and
- we sent you a CoPR
This means they can either approve via phone and send COPR in an email. Or do an approval and also attach COPR in email.
There could be an exception that CoPR issued applicants can cross the border, but the question remains when. None of us are getting PPR's or CoPR's!They will, as per the website it clearly says:

I hope the same! will just have to wait for it, Thanks for the post! Not really, remeber how quickly they get on to the inand applications! Consider us lucky, as it will be the same for us. Stay positive, finally we got really good news.
Sir, please provide linkThey will start issuing, as per the website it clearly says:

That sounds great! will just wait to watch that in act.Well, just like they're issuing Copr via emails for inlands may be they'll be doing the same for us. Once we get both the approval and Copr, then we will be exempt for travelling (to settle and live in Canada as a permanent resident ).
