It changes to that right before they request the medical. Expect the request within a couple of days.

Ohhhh ok! Phew! I never experienced that the last time! Wonderful, now we can book appt! :) Thanks for your help!

I would wait to get the request before booking, you shouldn't have to wait long for MR. Good luck.

My hubby's coming to visit me in Toronto next Saturday for 3 weeks and he's doing medical here. I think I'll just book it for like Mar 5 or 6....that's not a good idea? What you think?

If you want to. If you don't have the MR by then you'd need to cancel it. Other members who see this change are getting MR in a handful of days, though.

I had same update on ECAS ( Decision made ) this morning . I called IRCC this morning to inquire about it and they confirmed it is now Sponsored approved ( SA) and should move to next stage .So Don't worry much on it , if you haven't got any communication on it as yet , Having said it will be good for you to call and check which VO is your file transferred to Mississauaga or PA's country VO.
Yes I think better to call them , its been 19 days after decision made status . Will call them

You guys!
Received RPRF this morning and just got medical request!

Your application will be sent to your local VO, then you’ll go in to background checks, then your passport will be requested (PPR).
