On ECAS it is showing Medical results have been received.
I have no account on gckey
What should I expect next on ECAS??
Does ECAS shows I passed medicals??
Or do I get any email from IRCC regarding medicals passed ??

Yeah even I have same situation, in Ecas it says
"decision made" we sent correspondence regarding this.
This change happend on Feb1st but so far no email or postal mail or no message in signin partner also .

We got biometric request yesterday so won't lose sleep over whether we get the SA approval email or not. The biometric request is an indication that the decision was favourable.

I guess the next wait for us is medical now.

Yes it is a good sign for SA. Logically no point in continuing the application process by IRCC if SA is not eligible. That application is progressing is a sign that SA was favourable.

As regards biometric PA in my case is from Nigeria so it was mandatory to have it done. I think Asia only got added by 31st of Dec. I guess if your application was submitted prior to 31st Dec and within that region, no need to do biometrics. My thoughts, IRCC may think differently.

In the sponsors ecas (log in with sponsors ID info) it should say decision made under Application to Sponsor. There will be no difference under PAs ecas.

I got AOR1 on Jan 16/2019. Then my ECAS changed to "Decision Made" yesterday but didn't receive the email until today. Timeline is in siggy though...

You’ve got a couple of options to check:

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

Input your sponsor’s details and the 10 character receipt number from your receipt. It’s a letter and nine digits. This will show if your application is being processed.

You can also try calling CIC on +1 888 242 2100, or if you’re outside of Canada, call +1 613 944 4000. There’s ways to call for free depending on your country.
