I got SA today! Now just waiting for the medical request and the holy trinity will be complete lol

Hi! We just did Biometrics in London this week. We showed up around 11am without an appointment. When you walk in there is a desk that you have to check in with. My partner showed them his Biometric Instruction letter and his passport, and then they printed off a slip of paper with a number on it and instructed him to go up to "level 2". We went up and waited for his number (on the slip of paper) to be called. When his number was called he went in the room, had finger prints taken and a photo which took about two minutes. Simple, and no questions asked! In total we waited around an hour, the office was quite busy. We wouldn't have done it any other way. No need for an appointment, just tell him to bring something to entertain himself while he waits

Congrats, looking at the tracker we've had 3 people receive their SA today.

Out of interest, could you tell me what time GMT you received your biometrics request and was it via an email or in GCKEY?

8:43 AM (GMT -5). It was via GCKEY

I'm going tomorrow ~ with an appointment as I only got back to the UK today, so I booked it a couple of weeks ago. Perhaps with an appointment there won't be an hour wait but we'll see

Just checked ECAS and it says decision made. Will check gckey in a moment. We completed the biometric today in Lagos.

Yes, there is a time lag. About 3-5 days.

I've got SA mail and in one hour ecas was DM for Sponsor (haven't checked it before)
GCkey stays:"Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" (4 hours after mail)

Strange my ECAS was still in process yesterday for SA status.

Guess, process is different for everyone. I will wait for the email.

My ECAS doesn't even say anything about any correspondence being sent to me, only "Decision Made" and then I was sent the email this morning. Definitely either the office attending to the application forgot to change the status or there is lag with their system.

ECAS is typically much quicker at updating than GCKEY.

Received SA e-mail this morning! One step closer! So AOR was received January 16th. Now hopefully medical and biometric will follow soon

On ECAS it is showing Medical results have been received.
I have no account on gckey
What should I expect next on ECAS??
Does ECAS shows I passed medicals??
Or do I get any email from IRCC regarding medicals passed ??

Yeah even I have same situation, in Ecas it says
"decision made" we sent correspondence regarding this.
This change happend on Feb1st but so far no email or postal mail or no message in signin partner also .
