It is silly mistake that cost us 3 month and we are kicking ourselves for not realizing it before we send it. And we checked the package MANY times before sealing it and we completely missed that part.

Yup. Dated July 28 and they received it Nov 2 so it's over 90 days.

Don’t worry send correctly this time mine file was returned in nov 6 , as I forgot my kid health card. Make sure to double and triple check this time .

Received all three receipt acknowledgement on email.

Just got my application returned Silly me, I checked hundred times everything but eventually forgot to sign physical presence form (CIT-0407).
Can someone recommend what I should do please? I guess there are several options:

1. to sign form CIT-0407 in returned application and send it back.
2. to sign new form CIT-0407 then attach it to returned application and send it back.
3. recomplete the whole application (which is less likely as I will need to pay fees again probably)

You do not pay fee again even if u refill application all over sgain as u can use same receipt. Plus its better to print all forms again and update your physical presense and related sections in forms as if they r more than 90 days old it will result in another rejection
