It was a glitch in their form. I send my application in Aug 2018 got returned because of same issue. I re applied in Nov and got my AOR yesterday. you can fill that electronically and won't have any issue this time.

Received all three receipt acknowledgement on email.

I told yesterday will see rain of AOR... haha.. Chears .. and i am confident for all my other friends they will receive by this friday

So... our application came back Not a very good feeling for sure. Letter dated January 15 and we got it in the mail today.

Reason is our application was considered stale dated. We have everything ready and signed in July 28, 2018 but waiting to get enough funds for the fee, we send it in October. We are redoing both application forms and online calculator again and hoping to get it back to CIC by the end of the week. Silly silly mistake!

It is silly mistake that cost us 3 month and we are kicking ourselves for not realizing it before we send it. And we checked the package MANY times before sealing it and we completely missed that part.

Yup. Dated July 28 and they received it Nov 2 so it's over 90 days.

Sorry to hear that.. I'm expecting mine to be returned as well.. silly mistake. I was not able to declare all the addresses for the full 5 year eligibility.. I was only able to declare the addresses for the past 3 years.
