Hey all
I am new to this forum and was hoping to get help from experts
Now is it fine to get the reference letter written by my manager but signed by the Hr manager, the letter indicates that its written by my manager "he has been working under my direct supervision".
But because my manager isnt allowed to sign on letterhead, can my Hr manager sign it instead on the letterhead as he is the only one authorized to do so. So the letter will be written by my manager but signed by my Hr manager of course he will be reading it I guess so

Please guys advice me

No. It has to be signed by the manager if he wrote it. Because if the letter says "under my direct supervision" and signed by HR - They would assume that you are working under the HR in that department and your entire job duties will be amiss.

Either: have your HR write the job duties and sign it. Or have the Manager write and sign it. If its easier, get the HR to sign it AFTER the manager listed the job duties in 3rd person - instead of "under my direct supervision", they can write "under the manager's direct supervision". That will eliminate all confusion.

Hi guys..got second ghost update today when I logged into my account one hour back..not sure what is happening. Any one got any update? AOR 7th November

Seems like quite a few people got ghost updates this week, myself included. I guess we'll get PPR in a batch or two this month :)

6 months today, 3 weeks after ghost update and I was told everything passed... still no news

I think this is not entirely true. During my first application, they sent me a procedural letter. In it, they wanted me to explain why there was a huge deposit in my cheqing account and also provide a new bank statement. What happened was, I had all my money in my savings account so I transferred that money from my savings to chequing before printing the statement. If the officer was thorough enough, he would have seen that on my bank statement but since he was keen on refusing me i guess, he didn't mind. I wrote a letter explaining that and also added a new bank statement, yet he refused me with a different reason. A procedural letter is to give you a second chance to explain why they shouldn't refuse your application or charge you with misrepresentation. My opinion though.

Hi,

1.what is the result of your application after PFL?
2.please share your timelines from AOR- Final result
Thanks

Hi

If my eligibility says “we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements”
And my BG check says “we will send you a message once we start your background check”

Which stage I am? IP1 or IP2?

Hello fellow AOR Nov 20. We’re both in IP1.
