yes i have received and done biometrics and my AOR is 16th nov

What is this biometrics stuff? Did you receive a request to provide biometric data?

The conversation was very short. Probably just 2 minutes. All he said was my application was received by the case processing centre in Ottawa and that all my documents were in order.

I don't think you read his message carefully =).




So as you can see, he says he has already obtained AOR. And if that's the case, then his application will be rejected, meaning he took someone else's spot.

The term "AOR 1 & AOR 2" is used by IQAS, after which they start the review of educational documents.

No where after submission of e-APR do we receive AOR 1 & AOR 2.

In this case, since there are AOR 1 & AOR 2, it cannot be e-APR. This is IQAS ECA Acknowledgement of receipt. And please see the first word of the message (IQAS)

You are probably right. I was not aware of IQAS status messages. That person posted in the November AOR group though, hence the confusion.

Not for all applicants with biometrics it is true. For example, my BG status is still in IP2, although I passed biometry yesterday's morning. Many applications' status change to IP1 sometimes nearly near the end of the process.
Sometimes, it is hard to understand in what stage is your application.

I agree with you, my bg was Ip2 from beginning (aor 1st nov, mep 3 dec) even after biometrics (9 dec) its still in IP2.

I have got my AOR on Nov 29. anybody can give me any idea about the approximate date of MEP? and everything is ok then when i can have PPR ( approximate) ? I am worried about Christmas vacation coz someone has told me that processing might get late due to Christmas Vacation.

I got my mep after 33 days. AOR Nov 1.

Has anyone not paid RPRF upfront?

I did not pay RPRF upfront, but a couple of days received a request for payment of RPRF via an ADR and paid it. Now the ADR stands at NOT APPLICABLE
