I do not believe RCMP is optional if you are inland. I definitely think it is a significant request that cannot be omitted.

Did you add an RCMP clearance when putting in the application?

I think "dukenukem" is inland. If you are Outland, I don't think you are requested to provide that right after the MEP, plus, that must have been an RCMP request (Inland).

You should understand the anxiety in this whole application process. Just a status update goes a long way to bring a sigh of relief. It makes sense when applicants are concerned about their MEP as part of the first step in the process.

I also had AOR on Nov 16th and no update yet. Let's look forward to this week

AOR 16th Nov Still waiting for the MEP after a month but falls on a Sunday. Any idea if updates can be made on weekends or they do make updates only on weekdays? Thanks

I had AOR on Nov 16th and had a couple of friends who had applied 2 months earlier. They got their MEP in 2 weeks and got me nervous after 3 weeks of no update with mine until I read this thread. Look forward to receiving an update on that soon.
