I have attached updated docs of my brother who is residing in Canada through web-form, Is there anybody who can tell me HOW MUCH MORE TIME TO WAIT ? Nov 30 AOR.
I am also in the same situation... instead of uploading bank/credit card statements I uploaded the Ontario state card which is not considered as valid residence proof. they have dedcuted 15 points...
I had uploaded the additional docs through CSE web form...
did you receive an ADR for this issue?
the only thing we can do is wait for an offer to pick and review the new docs.

Hello everyone, just joined the forum have been reading silently for quite some time.
I have a question for all the experience members specially @SithLord .
Due to the recent fluctuations and devaluation of currency I am almost at the cut off line $16000. Even though i had almost $19000 while applying in my account. In PKR
If I fall below the POF line what can possibly happen?

Aor 22nd Nov.
Stuck at ip2 since forever.
Medical passed
No ADR
No update.

Hello,
How do I know which visa office currently handles my application? GCMS note indicates the secondary office is Ottawa. I call CIC, the agent said it's with Sydney, NS. The agent was not very nice, he said he is not able to share more info. I was going to get biometric (this is not requested by CIC), they need the address for my visa office, so they (RCMP) can send the result to the correct place. Which address should I provide? Ottawa or Sydney???

Hello everyone!

I have also been a silent reader for a couple of months, just never got around to signing up and joining you guys till now. Like many of you, my frustration has reached a point that is making it hard for me to even sleep at night.
Our AOR date is November 14th, 2018; 7 months today. We have been calling the IRCC every single week for 6 weeks now - nothing at all has changed, and according to the GCMS notes we received last week, our file has been recommended to be finalized since December 28, 2018, and their due date was March 3rd, 2019.

Once we completed the 6 months the officer told us that our new due date was July 3rd, 2019, which I never found in the notes. Today, we were just told that the new date is October 20th. We are crushed!!!
It's just me and my common-law partner in our application, I am from Brazil and he is from England. We met in college in the US, which is where we spent most of our adult lives as international students (Bachelors and then Masters degrees). We have no idea what could possibly be taking so long, we thought our application was one of the easy ones since everything that needed to be checked was in the US.

AOR Nov. 14th 2018
Medical passed Dec. 17th 2018
Background in progress since Dec. 2018
Eligibility Met since December 28th, 2018
Criminality has been in progress since December 2018 and Security has not even started
No ADRs
No ghost updates
Fees paid upfront
CPC - Ottowa

File has been untouched since December and we are completely left in the dark, as most of you guys are. No idea what to expect anymore. However, I've read about many people who were told to wait till October and soon after they received the golden email. Any thoughts?

You will get rejected, plain and simple.

You can take a risk, do nothing OR put more money in the same account, update CIC with a webform.

So after receiving ADR and RPRF request last week, I talked to an agent today and according to her eligibility is passed.
Considering the ADR I got and the fact that I live in middle east, I think I am already under SS, but since I had to submit biometrics back in January, I hope it won't take long.

They told me October 8th as the new possible completion date, but I had the impression they are just giving random dates to pretend they keep track of things. Shame on IRCC with the way they are dealing with the '20% folks'!

Welcome to the club! I'm also Brazilian, living in Ireland and my bachelor's from US. My aor is November 9th. I too thought it would be easier with the EU citizenship and most documents originally in English. I gave up on calling them, so I really don't know anything about this new deadline... :/

They simply told you that to stop you calling them every single week. You need to stop calling. It's irritating them. Just let the PPR come to you. Continue living your life. Your application will be approved. And that's all that counts.
