Pleaaase someone tell me what i should be doing. I am clueless.
Next step after AOR is to link the app correct?
I opened an account and clicked on link my application. I am the sponsor whose information should i be putting to be able to link?
I tried both mine and my husband's both didnt work. Did i miss something? Did i do something wrong?
I have a feeling i am missing something...

Enter the Principal Applicant's infornation.

Does the Principle applicant have to creat the account in their name?

You can create the account in her name and use all of her info. When you use the UCI number, try tapping 1 space for the birth place, do not enter passport details, click 2 for number of applicants. Careful, 5 incorrect tries will lock you out.

I have been using my account under my name which is the sponsor's account/name. would that be why it is not linking?

Teied not putting a UCI wont let me go theough. Must put it.

No. Even without the AOR or SA, you can link it.

Oh wow I've been trying for hours and still no luck

Create a new one under the Principal Applicant. Start fresh. What worked for me was that I chose the option to enter Family Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth. I entered all passport info and other necessary details.

This is exactly what I did.. I entered my info, then my spouse's info. And I ran out of tries. Now I have to wait 24hrs before trying again

have you had your UIC number yet or only application number.
and tell me plz which number are you using to check with eCASE. coz myself, i have only application number and it does not work with eCASE ...thks

I sent in my application on Nov 7, and they recieved on the 8 nov. And since then i have been following thia forum and had learned alot from this forum and i am gratefull of that.
As suggested by the forum i linked my application after many many tials tonights i did it finally.
Like many pple said mine too says on most headings: Not started. Except file review where its blank.

Does CIC send an email out for SA apporval and AOR 2 and so forth or is it just a waiting game to the end?

I am asking because I do not have access to MY CIC because of the use of rep option.

They will send an email for SA unless you did not provide them with your email address on your application. According to your VO, they may or may not send AOR2. After that, you will probably get no correspondence until DM unless they need to request extra documents.

it's just not worth, i realize right now that once you link the app to the new account, automaticaly you will not be able to check status using the first one. in one word, one application for one account. but it's preferably that the sponsored's account which is operational
