Hello guys. I need ur help!! I still cant link my app! I opened an account in the PA's name and tried to link our app through his details using both the UCI and app number option and his name and family name and passport number options. Both did not work!! What should i do? I feel like something is wrong...
Plz i need some advice on how to proceed.

Try using number 2 for number of applicants.
If you are using the UCI, tap 1 space for the Birth Place then do not enter any details on the Passport info.

I am already putting 2 since we r only 2.
I tried not putting passport info like u said beofre it wont let me go through ot os a required field.
Any other suggestions? :/

Hi. What I did was the Family Name, Birth Date and Place,
Entered all information needed and that worked for me.

For some people who used the UCI, they tapped 1 space for birth place and of course you have to select the country that issued the passport, yes?

Now if this doesn't work, try the option I did without the UCI. Seemed to have worked for me just fine.

Finallyyy it linked!! I tried the family name birth date and place.. they have either the city or the passport number i was putting both thia time i skipped it and it workeddd..

I was on the last trial for today so happy it worked!

Make sure when you enter her birth place, you enter it as you wrote it on her Generic App.

Hello!

I'm a November applicant, so I guess I belong on this thread. Submitted my application on Nov. 7 and was received on Nov. 9. No email from CIC yet, but I was able to link my CIC account to my application on Nov. 15.

if you have put all informations as i told you and still doesn't work in this case you have only to be patient till you receive the SA...
and you have to know that there is none difference between eCASE and MyCic about status

i read some topics out here, and finaly, there is people who was able to link only after a week of receiving the SA...we dont know why

FedEx... much better but a bit expensive.. Canada express post is not bud too;;; but never and ever send it regular

but still not able to connect with eCASE. fortunately of having MyCic account
