If I am right it is just the acknowledgement form CIC that they have received your application and they should review it shortly.

Btw, when did your application was delivered at Mississauga?

Nice. Seems they are processing it fast. Normally it would take about 3 weeks to get an AOR. Lucky you!

Some created an account for their spouse and have successfully linked it. Others have access to their spouse's account.

If you look at the September and October spreadsheets, there are several other applications moving more quickly for AOR and SA. With the exception of I think one, I noticed they were all British applicants. Not sure what's going on there, but it's definitely been a pattern now.
