That's so very encouraging to read that ! Congrats :) I see that you had the same, your application from Belgium sent to Ottawa. By any chance, would you mind to confirm if after SA you got a change right away or how much time it took on the PR side: from "Application received" to "In process" or 3rd line, anything like that :) Congrats again that's amazing :D

Congrats to Nov applicant's that got DM. Pryaing that other VO would start moving as quick as Ottawa.

hi everyone - just wanted to share an update. we received this email today from Ankara VO

-----------------------------

Dear Applicant,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to complete the processing of your application, you must do the following within 60 days of the date of this letter. Please be advised that no subsequent requests will be made. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.

Passport:
Please provide copies of renewed / updated individual passports (bio – page only) for yourself and each family member accompanying you to Canada. Passports should be valid for at least one year.

Citizenship Application:
Please provide us with proof that you applied for Canadian Citizenship for your son.

Intent to reside in Canada:
- Please provide us with a detailed plan on how you will return and establish yourself in Canada

- Proof of your sponsor’s intent to reside in Canada including but not limited to: NOA (Notice of Assessment) from the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) for the past 3 years (2014; 2013 and 2012); Pay stubs from your Canadian employer for the past 6 months; Details of accommodation in Canada (Lease/Property deeds); updated and current Employment letter including: title; responsibilities; nature of employment (Permanent/Temporary; Full-time/Part-Time); other proof of residence in Canada (car ownership; insurance; bills; property taxes, etc). Any other relevant information or/and documentary evidence in order to demonstrate your sponsor’s intent to return to Canada permanently;

Please gather all requirements and submit all requested documents at the same time in a single package. Only send original documents when requested. All documents (except passports) that are in a language other than English or French must be accompanied by original certified translations into English or French. Please do not bring any documents in person. Send all documents via post.

--------------

I'm not sure why they want the first but my wife's passport was sent to expire in may so maybe they are making sure she has a renewed passport? My son has already received his citizenship certificate so that's not an issue. We've also sent plenty of proof of intent to return but I am going to detail our plans going back along with the notice of asessments they wants + copies of the original employment offer and anything else we've already sent with regard to this.

Seems like standard procedure stuff.....

Sounds like good news to me, they're looking at your file!

I got an email from CIC asking to pay for the RPRF - thought I had paid it. Hopefully this means that they have made a decision and I can add to the DM's in Nov through Ottawa!!! I am Aussie and currently living in Canada applied Nov 17 ;D ;D ;D
