WELCOME TO NOVEMBER 2015 SPOUSAL APPLICANTS FORUM:

All the applicants and sponsors can start this forum with understanding of outland spousal process;

1. CIC Processing Time:

2. SPONSOR expectation during the first step:

a. AOR1 or Application package will be sent back for lack of important document
b. request for missing document or updated document - based on your spousal application
c. Medical, CIC payment, required application forms and Police report check
d. SA = Sponsor Approval email or letter

3. SPONSORED APPLICANT expectation during the second step:

e. AOR2 - from Visa Office
f. missing or updated document request - based on case to case
g. eligibility and criminality check
h. Interview - based on case to case
i. passport request for visa

Can I take color print-out of my wedding photos on the A4 paper for proof of relationship for the PR sponsorship application?

Just sent out my application today. Have a feeling I'll be following this thread for the next year (hopefully less). Anyone else getting an awful feeling like they forgot something huge? Putting all of my faith in Purolator to deliver my gigantic application envelope in one piece.

I read so many stories about apps being sent back that i'm praying for mine to be complete and have a smooth process good luck to you in yours!!

Only those applying for PR will need to get medical and/or fingerprints/police clearance certificates. As your sponsor is a Canadian citizen or a PR of Canada they will not have to.

Sure, color print-out is fine, but I assume you are including more relationship proof other than those photos?
