It's quite confusing me too. I was surprised that New Delih even contacted them at this stage.

You know there is a Delhi Medical Center in Ontario. I wonder if the letter she received was from there or from Delhi India.

Let's just say they are not really reliable when it comes to entering the information online, so I would not worry much too. As long as you have your SA you are lucky one After you got your SA, did it show which visa office you are in?

Yes, my SA letter stated that my application was transferred to the Ottawa office. I am from the US and I am in Canada. I have heard that the Ottawa VO for Americans is pretty fast. Let's hope!!

Maybe it is a medical center that CIC uses to view the medical exams. The email address that she received the email from was DELHIMEDICAL/MEDICAL@international.gc.ca so it didn't say New Delhi. It's like we have to be detectives, eh? hahaha

I am a little confused. I thought that the Mississauga office received your application on Nov 13th from the courier. If so, that isn't your AOR.
So are you telling me that you did receive an email or letter from CIC confirming that the application was received? If so, then at the top of the letter there will be a UCI# and also an application #. This would be your AOR.

I believe the number on the medical work is a UMI# with a barcode. I have that on mine also, but that is not the UCI you need to log in.

From the info you provided it doesn't look like you have received your AOR yet. When your application arrives in Mississauga they look it over to check for missing documents, then when it is assigned to an officer you will receive your AOR email or letter. At that point they are processing the Sponsor's application. After that you will get a Sponsor approval email or letter (if approved) and then the Principal Applicant's application is transferred to the applicable VO.

I couriered my application through UPS same day delivery and it was received Nov 13, 2015 by Mississauga. My husband did an upfront medical and criminal check as per CIC requirements for spousal sponsorship. The medical was done at a panel physician in Jamaica that electronically submits the medical to CIC. They provided him with a UMI/UCI # and a medical file #.

My husband did an upfront medical and criminal check as per CIC requirements for spousal sponsorship. Since I got that email literally 3 weeks after he did the medical I got really excited. I was of course confused because it came from India but I will continue to check my mailbox and log in throughout the day for any updates.

No worries! So, you haven't received AOR yet and that is probably why you can't check on Ecas.

I was doing some research and it looks like that the New Delhi is one of the Regional Medical offices that Canada uses for certain regions. I googled it and saw that this has happened to others. So, I wouldn't worry and as long as he submitted what they needed you should receive your AOR soon.
