Thanks guys. Singapore VO is working pretty good now a days. I know a few ppl who got their Visa within 5-7 months time frame. hopefully you guys won't have to wait too long for your pp request. good luck to all.

Thank God ecas changed to In process..hopefully dm & voh soon

So my spouse received an email from VO requesting additional documents, even though we provided most of it. Documents requested were: my notice of assessment and current Employment letter, a copy of his national identity card, three-month bank statements for him, and updated Schedule A. Will submit all docs by the end of Monday.

Feeling slightly relieved that there is some action happening...

Hey forum! just an update. i got a DM from Manila CIC today. Prior to this, i was asked to submit passport, Appendix A and Marriage Certificate. i submmited a Cenomar (Certificate of No Marriage) instead.

I'm surprised I didn't get an interview or any request for supporting documents. Is there a chance my application could get refused at this point??

FYI, I had a hunch that my case would be difficult given these red flags: huge age gap, previous marriage, expired work permit, overstaying in Canada, TRV refusal and being put in jail (by my own mother in law at that). Maybe including the official documentation of my cases (that showed up on my RCMP police certificate) and the transcript of my whoooole trial helped. I highlighted the parts that implied contradictory and inconsistent statements and indicated on a separete sheet of paper where to look for them.

I also included a copy of my and my husband's call logs starting from the day we met until present, aside from the usual message logs. I requested it from our mobile carrier before I left Canada. It showed on there that my mother in law called me a lot even when I was only about 2 weeks along in dating her son. She's very involved in her kids' personal lives to the point that it's excessive in nature but I guess that's what's make her such an interesting character. Hehe. Anyways...

I really hope nothing bad happens now. Best wishes to all!

I haven't get AOR 2 :( and sent an email to mexico visa office and they said they haven't receive my application, hope they will do soon :(

Part of the delay is the simple fact that they don't immediately send the applications to the Mexico City VO. I believe they accumulate a batch then forward. I can't speak about other Visa offices. In my case, I received SA on March 24, 2015 but my application sat in Mississauga until April 20, 2015 when it was finally forwarded on to the MCVO. I confirmed this with a call to CIC Mississauga. I would imagine the same happened to you application Lovelycomplex. Hopefully you will receive AOR2 soon. Personally, I am hoping to receive AOR2 approximately 2 months after transfer to MCVO. That would put it around June 20th for us. If I don't receive confirmation by then I may be emailing the VO too.

Good luck!

I have a question: what happen if someone is out of status(i mean immigration) can that affect application? thanks

Last may 13, I emailed Embassy Manila regarding the status of my passport & visa. Luckily, they replied and said that my application was already finalized and I just have to wait for travel docs to be delivered. Yesterday when I checked my ecas it already changed to DM...thank you so much God. Hopeful to receive my passport with visa the soonest.

Hi shoberane27

Thank you.

I am a November 19, 2014 Applicant. And our papers had reached decision made (Sponsorship Approval and Permanent Residence) We are now waiting for the visa stamped in our passport to delivered back to us.

I am thanking this group. The trends and topics are what kept me sane while waiting for the updates in ECAS.

ECAS updates are usually late, but it works.

Thanks to everyone that answered my querries while I was still starting our application.

According to the spreadsheet only Toronto applicants are getting landed. I'm still waiting for my status changes

Hi,

I'm new here (not really new as I surfed this as Guest many times) . I have added myself in the table for Nov. applications.
It's been 3 months since we got the SA and still have no AOR2 and the status is still showing Application Received... Hoping for the best...
