My application was received on Nov 28th.
I filled Nov spraysheet and every days like many others I guess I go and check and just to watch it filling up, slowly but surely going down I really hope one day it will reach the 28th
In the mean time I read November Outland applications and I just don't feel alone...bcs go talking about that to someone who knows nothing about and learned his country is the center of the world and the best place to live...you'll get depress pretty soon trust me!
So please keep on sharing, don't be ashame and don't think people doesn't care if it is not just a pointy question about AMM 20000 quest 1589 alineas B...

sponsoring a partner with children under 18 but over 12 :
If this partner has share guardianship but full residency for his child, if the ex wife/biological mother is against the move in Canada what you have to do is to have an autorisation from the judge.
In our case, his son met a lawyer, then met the judge, explain our project, show his understanding of the move's concequences and the judge a month later, after hearing both parents lawyers, sent a autorisation for him to go living with his father in Canada and the obligation for the father to pay for the travel to Paris once a year so the boy could spend a month and a half with his mother in summer. The mother cannot bloc her son anymore at the border.
The letter from the judge will be ask by Paris when they will check our dossier. I know we will loose time but the judge decison has to be as "fresh" as possible that' why we didn't do it before sending the dossier.
I hope this will help someone bcs the process is not really explained anywhere since it is very different from a country to another; 8)
