Please can someone help me here, on CIC it states that if your a Provincial Nominee and applied for PR
and get a Job offer you don't need a LMO position you can get a work permit for that particular employer
And I've got a job offer so I'm wondering what i should do as i don't like my current job what so ever been there 2 and a half years now

please some body give advice

Hi ukcj, I'm a long haul trucker too. I changed my job as I didn't like driving east, instead I wanted to drive to the west. Even I was told that as long as your job sector remains the same, it shouldn't be as issue. However I'm not sure if we need to notify CIC if we are still working under the same job category.

I AM FROM SASKACHEWAN.I JUST GOT PPR ON 19TH OF JUNE,2014.BUT I HAVE BIG PROBLEM THAT MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER IS IN INDIA.SO,I CAN NOT BRING THEIR PASSPORT HEARE FOR STEMPING.CIC GIVEN ME 60 DAYS TO STEMP THE PASSPORT.I SEND AN E MAIL ON SAME DAY,BUT I DIDN'T GOT REPLY YET.I TOLD THAT PLZ MAKE SOME ARRENGENT IN INDIA FOR STEMPING OF PASSPORT FOR MY WIFE AND BABY.
I WANT TO KNOW THAT THEY REALY MAKE ARRANGEMENT IN INDIA FOR STEMPING.HOW MANY DAYS THEY WILL TAKE TO REPLY.

Yes the CIC can arrange that the passport to be sent to the Canadian embassy in India. Once they inform you that you can forward your wife and children's passport to Canadian embassy in India forward them the copy on the email and send it through VFS or DHL and your wife and children can get their passports stamps in India. This process is in Place because it is Illegal in India to send passports by mail nationally or internationally only embassy approved courier ( VFS global) can do it.
