Does anyone know what email to contact after no notes are replied after 30 calendar days? I ordered note last month, and still didn't receive any information. Today is the 37th calendar day.

I also sent email to both visa offices last weekend.
Im waiting for answer.

I have sent email to CIO Sydney on May 16th asking about RCMP certificate . No reply yet!

I sent my RCMP requested certificate to CIO Sydney they received it on June 1 .

I sent another email to CIO Sydney to confirm whether they received it or not ?

No reply to any of my emails ! Still waiting

Calm down my friend.. I am not sure if any Dec/ Jan applicant got inprocess even if they got it there is no reason for you to object as your file may be on hold for other purposes.. I would suggest to order GCMS query.. Because you are RESIDING in Canada ACCESS OF INFORMATION ACT is applicable and you can formally request them to provide you details on how they are processing your application. It is $5 for applying and they will reply back via Email in 30 days... This report will have the officer's name and along with the timeline and reason of the delay if any... if you look online the normal processing time is 18 months.. so you should have known that and by any chance if it gets processed before that than you are lucky.. Remember PR is not your Right but a Privilege from Canada, so be patient ...

Also you can change your job after you receive your medicals, sticking to the same jobs is recommended but not necessary. I know many people who changed their jobs after PR and there weren't any issues ( except processing delays in 2 applicants out of 5 who changed their jobs) . I do understand how much it hurts to go to work the job which you hate or dont want to do. I would suggest you that you should change the job or sit tight as they will be updating your status within a month from what I see. Be calm my friend. Everything will work out for you.

Good news is definitely around the corner, especially when all the legs have been completed AOR>MEDICAL>RPRF>SCHEDULE A>RCMP CLEARANCE etc. - it's only a matter of time.. FIFA is certainly a BIG TIME stress reliever..lol

It doesn't really matter, as long as you send it. I believe at one point they said to put extra info into word and just on the top to put the form number and your name. They are not that strict as some ppl may think, if you sent your info in anyway they will accept it.

Also, in my email for additional information they didn't say that I can fax it, but I did it anyway and they updated my ecas to IP .

I done my PCC again and ask rcmp officer to sent directly to Sydney but he was saying that he cant put ATTN: JGJ T1

I was suppose to send at this address according to request.

Hi guys, I send my request checking my file was received or not last month, and I just received the reply, saying "All required documents are on file. You will be contacted shortly regarding a decision on your file."
does that mean I had decision made or is it just a general reply?
