I have sent citizenship office all copies of my both passports pages last week and did get the reply email back that they have received the document , apart from this ,they even invited for an online interview with citizenship official on March 12 to verify my passport and other documents.

No , I didn’t travel outside Canada during eligibility period .

I also received the same request on Feb 24 to provide scanned all copies of passport during the eligibility period (including the blank pages)

Since you have been refused for Canada. Us visa application back ground check would reveal your Canada refusal. It will be very tuff to grant a study visa because US Canada shares the same screening system.

Immigration officer doesn’t think your way . College letter from principal is not a strong evidence .you will be refused again. whats the point applying for Canada visitor visa if you have plans for USA.
