Print new application package with new signature and dates .Pay $550 again and attach new receipt .The previous fee will be returned by CIC Ottawa in your A/C after 3 months so don't worry about that.

Re: Need help forgot to write full name in application form in native language I don't think so they will return it .But there is possibility that it will delay your application process. Good Luck.

I also sent application to CIO Sydney on 16 December 2013.Delivered by courier on 23 December 2013 with signature and waiting for AOR and Medical. Best of luck to all.
