last question, they will contact the sponsor in Canada by email or letter about the SA/AOR ? or will do send a letter to Visa Office in Bs As, ??

What I've seen thus far is if the sponsor has put his/her email on the application the SA/AOR will come via email.

Hello.
My husband received email from CIC that he was approved sponsor and my file will transfer to visa office in Manila. (my application package was received on Nov . 26th)
According to status check on CIC, they made decision and sent letter on Dec. 30th, so I was waiting for letter,however, they emailed him instead.
I guess they do not send a letter anymore.
