Hello all!

A big thank you to Sweden for helping me get set up with this. As promised here is the November 2013 Outland applicant tracking spreadsheet.

If you belong to this category, please reply here or PM me with as much info as you care to share -- application date, Office requested, date of confirmations, date of medicals, etc. I will endeavour to keep the spreadsheet updated daily.

Enjoy!

Hi,

I am a Canadian PR and in the process of filling application forms to sponsor my wife from India (no kids yet), VO - New Delhi, India.

We have been married for the last 3 years (living together in India and US), and I received my Canadian PR two and a half years ago.

She is now living in India, and I have now moved back alone to Canada for permanent work, and want to sponsor my wife now.

Could you please help me with the following queries related to Sponsorship Forms:

1. Does my wife need to put date on the back of 6 passport photos? (photo taken)

2. I, (sponsor), do not need to put my passport photo in the form or include in the application?

3. Do I need to get photocopies of the documents that I submit along with our application attested/certified by notary?

IMM 5540:

Section 7: Employment History - The columns in the form do not have much space, so I am unable to put employer name, address and phone number in it.

Also, I am not able to type in my Occupation/Designation in the column provided due to less space.

Can I just include a separate sheet and put all the details in that?

Section 8: Have you resided outside Canada ? I need to write details since birth or for last 10 years?

In the end of the form, it says provide additional information about the relationship. What should I write in this?

Thanks for help.

Please add me to the spreadsheet!

Dear bro plz find replies in red, As per my knowledge..

Someone plz reply my query below..

Dear All, I need your urgent attention, please..

I am a landed immigrant, got PR recently, I didnt accompany my wife and daughter in my immigration application. But I provided all the details of my family and stated the reason that she is having her studies and cannot move right now, in my PR application.

I have two simple questions.

I have all the forms and I want to apply in MIssissauga office...

1) My new born son has Manual Passport, provided by Pakistan Embassy in Egypt (My son was born in Egypt two months ago) can I apply with this manual PP.

2)Should I get the Med of my family done myself from IOM and send it alongwith the initial sponsorship application? (My wife and daughter have already been through these medicals while my case was in process on the request of my Visa officer.)

Please do reply as far as u know because I m in ISB for some days and want to do all the stuff during my presence here...

Waiting..

Nashe

Dear visiting_canada:

I believe all of Nashe_31's replies to your problem are good. As for this one:

I was told by an immigration lawyer that they want specifics about ALL travels outside Canada since birth (not just the times you RESIDED outside Canada). For instance I lived in Japan for 3 years, but I listed every time I had traveled to Japan as well as other countries, complete with dates, hotel addresses, and phone numbers. The lawyer approved of this. The lawyer also told me that one of her client's applications was sent back because he had been a bush pilot in northern Canada and one time had to camp in the wilderness in Alaska, and was unable to provide an address. The CIC requested the latitude/longitude coordinates of the place he camped. I found this a little unbelievable but it is exactly what I heard from the lawyer.

LOL seriously.
What will they do if some jokster writes that he went to the Moon?

Can anyone update on the November Spreadsheet??
