Anyone knows how long it usually take From DM to PPR?? Hmmm, I should try study previous months excel sheet to find out ...

Your previous medical result is valid for a year. I guess it's not even a year since then, and they are using that result for this application. Maybe you can even proceed with upfront RPRF. Upon completion of payment and sending the receipt, just email CPP Ottawa to inform them about the payment. Ask them for reply email to acknowledge receipt of new information. I applied my CEC application on 25th Nov 2013 and received my AOR on 10th Jan 2014. I did my medicals in August 2013 thinking I would send the MR results along with my application. Do you think I will get the MR request or will they use the previous medicals.

I used PNP medical results and didn't receive any MR email. Status change to Medical received directly.

usually PPR follows after 1-2 days after DM...

That's why there is a saying,"Ladies first!". From DM to PPR, it could take a day to even few months, depending on a lot factors. Can tell us more about your specific timelines?

Guys, after RPRF payment, for what all email-ids I need to send the copy of payment receipt. Is it only for CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca or to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca also?

Please advise.

If you compared to previous datas, the Visa Officers should be reviewing your medical eligibility already or quite soon. That means your previous medical result in August should still be valid and they most likely will use it. Maybe you can pay RPRF upfront (follow Toby's website: http://cectoolkit.weebly.com/faqs/where-do-i-have-to-send-the-rprf-receipt) and email them to inform that you have performed your medical exam @ Panel Physician X, on Y date, and medical result uploaded on Z date, as well as paid RPRF fee on A date. I hope that way your application can be processed faster. You can use Toby's template again:

FYI, RPRF fees are refundable. That's why a lot of people did it upfront on previous months...
