I haven't done the landing myself so I am not 100% sure. But I never heard any landing fees at all. For more information regarding documents required for landing, you can check this link from Toby: http://cectoolkit.weebly.com/faqs/what-documents-do-i-need-for-the-landing

There are no landing fees. There are two fees you have to pay during the PR application under the CEC class.
- application fee ( $550 / person )
- right of permanent residence RPRF fee ( $490 / person )
No other fee is required. And both of the fees above can be paid by credit card.

Hi All, I have a question, I applied in Dec 2013, but I was filling up my form in Nov, 2013. During the application filling process, I received my new work permit extension under the new NOC 0213. I have been working in Canada for 3 years under NOC 2174 and then due to my promotion at company and changes in responsibilities, my company filed extension under NOC 0213.

So, on my generic application, under Current Occupation I mentioned Project Manager, NOC 0213 and Intended Occupation also as Project Manager NOC 0213.
In Schedule 8, I have mentioned NOC 2174 for the periods 2011 - 2013, and then for Nov 2013 onwards as NOC 0213.

I just need your advice, if I have filled the application correctly.

Since you don't have NOC attributed work permit, I am assuming that period you working under NOC 2174 was under a PGWP. It seemed that what you did was quite a similar case to mine, except that I was a steel designer/coordinator for a year then promoted to project manager for two years. Now I am waiting for my passport to be stamped and then returned to me. So I hope your application would be as smooth as mine.

How is your T4 & Reference Letter? Are they consistent with your application? How's your IELTS score?

Yeah medical exam result for WP is valid for a year and can be re-used for CEC PR application, so most likely they are using that.

Sometimes, when Visa Officer (VO) created an entry on e-medicals, they are queueing the automatic email for future sending, which could be in few days or few weeks. Few times, the email could be sitting idle or lost somewhere. When that e-medicals entry were created, Panel Physician can check if your entry is there. So you can ask them before scheduling an appointment there, even before you got the email. This way, you won't lose any effective time...
Thanks for clarifying my doubt. Do you think I should contact and double check with CPC office ? Also, my question is still there, In general you get MR for all applicants in same e-mail / notification or you get separate MRs ?

u will get MR either today :) or next week...

Wow, things are moving faster than I thought.. so I got my RPRF request today and I just checked the ECAS status - now says "in process"... so happy and grateful right now... It turns out they received my application on Nov 5 and started processing on May 12 (same day I got MR)... They should get my medical report by May 28 (based on what the panel physician's office said)...do you guys think it is possible to get PPR by late June or even early July?

Guys,

When do we get the PPR (Passport Request) for VISA Stamping ?

I have some tricky situation here, maybe you can advise me what shall I do - while filing the applications, I have put VISA office as New Delhi and my INDIA home address for PR related correspondence. After that I left INDIA and on business trip till now. On 13th May I received my MR requests and while I am writing, I am actually planning for a short trip to INDIA and plan to do MR there. This is good thing actually. My concern is, after how long the PPR requests comes in as I might be again outside INDIA and I need to submit passport to Consulate in New Delhi. Please advise.

Thanks,

Its hard to predict PPR request but usually 10 days - 2 month time line after Medicals and RPRF is received at their end...And I am sure u will get it by end of july
