Looking to Spreadsheet it seems that you did upfront Medicals and your ECAS is also updated.
Hence, if you read my previous post u vil find that if our ECAS have got update with "Medicals Received" then you shall NOT receive any MRs.

No mr still for me im nov 7 applicant. I submit a birth certificate last march for my newborn baby, maybe tahts causing the delay? Hope we get our mr soon..

I completed my upfront medicals. Do I need to send them the documents of those to CIC or will it get update directly. Please let me know the process after completing upfront medicals...

Quick question for you guys

I live in New Brunswick and the closest CIC approved doctor does not do e-medical. only paper based.

Anyone have any experience on how much it would delay the process if I do the paper based. or should I drive to the nearest doctor that can upload online.

The other issue is, the paper based doctor I can do medical tomorrow. the electronic enabled one, next appointment is next Friday.

Any suggestion guys?

I emailed a copy of the receipt (the emedical paper with your picture and information on) to:

It depends on case to case. If your UCI is working on their emedical system, then your medicals would have been uploaded directly and you would haven't received any emedical paper with photo. Only you would have received payment receipt. You can scan and email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca

In case, if your UCI not working on their system then they must have given a emedical paper which has your photo. Please scan emedical and payment receipt and email to them.

YOU HAVE TO UPDATE WITH FOLLOWING DOCS IF U WANT TO ADD YOUR SPOUSE WHILE YOUR APPLICATION IS IN PROCESS

If your spouse is not a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, he/she must submit the following documents whether he/she will accompany you to Canada or not:
· Copy of the bio-data pages of current valid passport (Must include passport number and validity date)
· Completed application forms (enclosed):
· IMM 0008 Generic – All pages must be completed and page 5 signed by the principal applicant; pages 3-5 must show details of the newly added spouse, common-law or . conjugal partner and all dependent children of principal applicant or spouse/partner.
. IMM 5669 Schedule A - to be completed by spouse, common-law or conjugal partner and all dependant children over age 18.
· IMM 5406 - to be completed by spouse, common-law or conjugal partner
· IMM 5409 - Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union if applicable
· Four passport-sized photographs
· Copy of your marriage certificate if applicable
· Copy of birth certificate (legible)
· Police certificates from any country where he/she has resided for six months or more since age 18
· Copy of divorce certificates/from any previous marriage(s)
. (If minor children are involved, custody documents must be included)
. You (the principal applicant) must complete the attached “Principal Applicant's Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Marriage)”. This questionnaire must be sent back to Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa as a hard copy (not as an email attachment).
. Your spouse must complete the attached “Spouse's Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Marriage)”. This questionnaire must be sent back to Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa as a hard copy (not as an email attachment).

- You must send evidence of the relationship between you and your spouse, such as:
· Proof of your spouse's visits such as airline ticket coupons, boarding passes, copies of pages of your spouse's passport showing entry/exit stamps
· Wedding photographs depicting all the rituals of a traditional wedding,
· Wedding reception and post wedding photographs,
· Evidence of continued contact with spouse such as phone bills, letters and e-mails and
· Marriage certificate issued by the Registrar of Marriages.

Photos must be loose. Do not send them in binders, albums, frames or other such containers. Do not send video discs or video cassettes. Do not send musical greeting cards or other similar documents containing electronic or mechanical devices. Do not send calling cards.


You must send these documents in hard copy (not via email) to the following address:
