Got RPRF today... I was able to get MR appointment for Friday... Just want this thing to get over fast... The waiting really kills

Guys, I am also November applicant. Application received on Nov 7th and AOP on Dec 10th. Still waiting for MR/RPRF

I moved to India after my work permit expired and updated CIC of my residential address change through email. Will this in any way affect the processing time. I am concerned now.

We have the same timeline and still no mr yet. Hope it will come soon. Congrats for those who got their mr. Why we dont get our mr yet? So worried now..

I think, if we sent any docs post receiving aor, i guess its that is delaying. For example, i sent latest NOA, Paystubs, updated my phone number etc and hence that is causing this delay to hear something back from them.

and another worry is they have sent us something and havent reached our inbox(has happened earlier to other ppl)

Gmail users can create a spam filter which would make sure that any emails from CIC go into your inbox ONLY based on the filter even if Gmail thinks it is a spam. I did it for my Gmail and works like a charm.

Follow the steps below for making the change:

Go to Gmail. Click the gear in the top right. Select Settings. Click the Filters tab. Click on create a new filter and in From field enter "cic.gc.ca" and hit continue.

On the next page checkmark "Never send to spam" and I personally also set it to "Mark Important".

I have not received RPRF yet but the MR. Shall I wait for the RPRF request or I can pay the fee and send an email to CIC. Is that would be fine? Please advise.

yes pay upfront...it will make process faster for you. I did UF medicals thats why waiting for RPRF just to see file in progress.

Are there any applicant who applied between Nov-1st to Nov-8th, Yet to get MR?
