i applied for my pr on nov 6 and received my AOR on dec 11th now i am waiting for my medicals and now i gona get married on june 21st so i am just wondering can i add her file even after receiving medicals or what is the procedure for applying? how i can i bring her (visiting or dependant) and what are the documnets required for that.

Yes, you can add her to your file. Course of action will depend on when u will get your medicals. If you get your medicals prior to june then just complete your medicals. And inform CIC about your marriage. They will hold you application. Get married and apply for tourist visa for your wife which take 2-3 weeks from INDIA. Once she comes here add her to your file buy sending her background declaration and other required documents to CIC.

1. I need to send my latest 2013 T4 and Notice of assessments to CIC. In my application form, i marked "CPC-Sydney" as Immigration office requested for processing this application. But reading the forum and CEC toolkit FAQ's , i need to send the soft copies to CIC Ottawa "CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca" Email address. Please confirm.

2. My wife passport has been renewed and should i send the latest passport scanned copies along with passport details to CIC Ottawa "CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca" Email address or any other address.

Is it required/recommended to send hard copies as well to CIC Ottawa office?

Scan copy is good email both to email I'd and must include in email your file number full name dob client I'd etc. You will get confirmation email in one or two week.

My wife and daughter was in India when I applied. Now they have came to Canada Last month and I have applied Open WP for my wife and it has been approved. Do I need to send visitor records and WP to CIC?

Wait and send it if CIC requests for it. Decision will be based more on your application rather than theirs.

I applied for PCC from India - My wife's got approved & Mine is still pending (since 30-Dec-13)

I didnt submitted my PCC along with my application & I hv got a AOR

what will be the impact on CIC? -Will I get a medical request now ?
