Yes you can become representive by getting consent form from your sister for get information and its not affect your cec application.jimkal said:Hi,
Can anyone provide me some details?
My sister already got PR status July 2013 and went back to her country, ....July end, thinking that I could collect the PR card (I stay in Canada). She gave my address and I haven't yet received her PR card. I called to CIC and they told they cannot provide me her details and should become representative by filling up the "Use of Representative form".
My question is I applied under CEC and got my AOR recently. Is it appropriate at this stage (after receiving my AOR) to become a representative for her case and enquire about her PR card status/details?
Does this affect my CEC status?
Plz reply as we are confused.
Jim
