Hi All

I received by Indian PCC for myself and my spouse. Can you please me know to which address should i mail these PCC. I tried searching couldnt find it. So requesting you to please share the address details.

Also should i attach a cover letter or form mentioning my File Number, so that the PCC is attached correctly to my file.

You should definitely include a cover letter with all your details... (file number, first last name DOB etc...) better safe than sorry u know...

Is it ok if i included my Application No, UCI, Name, DOB, Passport No in the cover letter so that the certificates can be attached to my file?

How long it took for getting a PCC? I applied with BLS Toronto on 30-Dec. Online status reads as 'Ready for collection' for my wife. whereas mine reads 'Processing at consulate General'. Started worrying as I am unsure how long they take now!!

It took me about 1 week to receive PCC for both myself and my wife. Your status should change soon. Give it a try after a day or 2, but i have heard from my friends that it took over 2 month at times. Just keep checking your status, and hopefully should get soon. Good luck

Hi Guys, i had received my AOR on Jan 6th. When i had applied on Nov 19th my employer had told me that they were not going to extend my WP which expires on feb 2014. So i was planning to take the BOWP route. But then my employer decided to apply for my work permit extn in Dec(when i didn't have AOR) and i had submitted my documents accordingly. Now my question is when CIC goes through my WP application(Internal Company transfer) which states i will be in Canada temporarily for a stipulated period of time, will that be an issue since i have applied for my PR? Will this lead to rejection of my WP? this would be put me in a situation where i won't have time to even apply for BOWP. I m kind of worried now. What do you guys think?

I dont feel it will be an issue. becoz, your WP application is company initiated by adhering to LMO etc... it is as equivalent to you applying for an Open WP.. In my view point, both WP or an Open WP can be processed without an issue when your PR application is in progress

I have just mailed the documents by regular mail to the address. Hopefully they receive it. Will send out an email later to see if it has been attached to the file

Application Reached on NOV 28
CC charged on Jan 13
AOR Received on Jan 15.

Still waiting for my first application to be returned.

Happy for you. But your last statement worry me as moine recvd 13th nov and nothing came back till now and no cc charged. I didnt make any mistake to my knowledge for sure but not sure what is the delay
