For PCCs yes, most other documents can be emailed.

Even if your friend applies for PR under a different category, I think it's going to stay on his/her record that they worked in Canada without any authorization. How did this happen? If your friend can make his/her case, then perhaps a VO will consider approving his/her PR. More so, why didn't your friend think about this before applying for PR?

I don't like to say this too often, but I hope your friend can hire a good lawyer to represent him/her.

Yeh isn't it thanx for the reply ... So will there be any issues if he re-applies ??? I mean "Unauthorized-work" sounds huge & a big deal to me.
CIC is very strict about it. So I'm like should he consider CEC as an option or may move to a different province for PNP ??

Yes, said documents can be emailed to CIC as only copies are required. Email address is correct.

Dont zip it...Attach it individually in mail. I think i read some where that they ask to attach invidually instead of ziping or archiving it.

Well I know it is very serious matter. But, he came to canada as Student and got on-campus job @ college itself which eventually got converted to full-time employment after graduation. So he didn't applied for OCWP & considered himself working with Study-Permit as it was an on-campus work until he graduate. And since everybody get eligible to apply PGWP after graduation to which he did and continued working on-campus based on his study permit which was still valid for another 3 months. And by that time he received his PGWP and he thought he is now safe & good to apply for CEC. But, I guess he miscalculated his work-time and he end up into this situation.

Ask him to apply through lawyer it will save him from any future problems. I also worked full time before my PGWP but was on OCWP...

My GCMS generated on 30 Feb has nothing....Is it same for all November applicants ?..On which page I should look for some information. Only thing I found
is RPRF is outstanding. So I am thinking of upfront RPRF..Already did medicals few days back. Thinking of sending receipts for both of them after two weeks.

Okay! Now this makes much better sense. Just to reconfirm, he worked on an on campus work permit and then later started working on pgwp. Unfortunately any work experience gained on an On-campus work permit will not be counted as qualifying work experience. Your friend will have to wait for some time to gain the required amount of work experience and then reapply. He can also consider PNP. If he has a LMO to support his job offer, he can apply right away under Federal skilled worker arranged employment stream.

There is nothing like on campus work permit ....its only study permit. But in summer he can work for 40 hours (full time) on it for summer

On-campus work permit allows you to work only on-campus. You cannot work outside campus using On-campus work permit.
Off-campus work permit allows you to work on on-campus as well as off-campus. If some one want to work in summer outside campus they need Off-campus work permit.

As an international student you are not authorized to work in Canada for 6 first six months(after that if you are eligible then you have to apply for OCWP), but if you got luck enough to get job on campus during that 6 months then you have to apply for on-campus work permit which only allows you to work on on-campus only. Study permit issued just to authorize a person to study in Canada.
