I got the following on my application for CEC:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 12, 2013.

2. We started processing your application on March 24, 2014.

3. We withdrew your application on March 24, 2014 and your file has been closed.

4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Don't know if they actually started processing the application on March 24.

Well yes, you requested the withdrawal of your application and the process has been completed on March 24th.

I think NO coz you applied for withdrawal. So I guess your application is treated according to that...
Coz currently they are processing all the applications received in Sept'13. So we (NOV) applicants have to wait 3 more weeks..

Happy to read all the information since its my first GCMS Notes.

Amazingly: I requested it on 25 Feb 2013 & the date on GCMS shows Requested on 03 Mar 2014.
Also, in the footer of each page it shows who processed my GCMS Notes ID + Date & Time which is 03 Mar 2014 - 14:25:30

My Findings: The GCMS NOTES which we receive after 30 days is actually 3 weeks old data. It gets generated after 6-10 days of request & takes other 20 days to reach us in email.

Other Friends who already received their NOTES could you plz confirm / comment with what do you find.

@Toby you could also mention this important thing on to your website, where you explain details about GCMS NOTES.

GCMS notes can be generated any time in the frame of 30 days but they will only be delivered after 30 days.

I remember my first notes were generated one week before 30 days, second notes were generated 2 days before 30 days and third notes were generated 28 days before 30 days.

i have applied under cec nov 2013, and recnelty i received my 2013 T4s, so do i have to send my t4 to the immigration? if yes how do i sen it ?

And no, if your wife currently holds a valid SOWP then you don't have to renew it, however, if her SOWP
is due to expire soon, usually on the same day as your work permit, then you can submit an application
for a new SOWP for her together with your BOWP application.

one more question for u bud.. if im going to apply for BOWP, and my wife's SOWP is soon also will expire.. how am i going to renew her SOWP , since i dont have new LMO yet or i dont need LMO anymore if i have to chose BOWP.. coz what i understand is she need my LMO to renew her SWOP..

You can apply both, your BOWP with your wife's SOWP at the same time.

Guys, I did my upfront medicals today for me and my wife. Received UMI number for both. Both UMI numbers will be different and will fall under worker category.

I will check with CIC about medicals after 3 weeks.

UMI will be different for each .. Apply for GCMA notes to get the update.. CIC did not reply for upfront medical.
