It was possible to pay online until couple of days ago. I applied in September, but have my application returned due to the missing signature.

I mailed my application on nov 12 and delivered at cic on nov15.But i forgot to include my spouse background declaration form.now what shouild i do ? i am worried about the Sub-cap since my job falls under NOC B

If you forgot to include forms, chances are your application will be returned. Nothing you can do for now, but wait.
If you get AOR, you can mail the form and have it attached to your application and if your package gets send
back, re-apply.

Sent my application in today as well!! Is scheduled to arrive on Wed..a bit later than anticipated but I have faith and positive vibes that I will be one of the 200..Good luck to everyone else!

I am very eager to see how new rules effected the number of applications in CEC. This forum is a perfect place to do sampling ....


August=51 applicants
Sept=60 applications
October =43 applications
November=25 so far
December=
January=

I don't know how well it is gonna go but I guess make a new application package if you can and mail it out instead of waiting for the one you have sent to come back to you....

your new package will reach there and CIO will open your new package after the old package has already been returned due to the time difference but your lockin date would be way ahead...

It can work if you play it right..
