Nope. Use the below link to apply for GCMS Notes. It doesnt ask you to submit any consent form. However there is a place where i may ask to upload some document(which is optional). I have already received one and just requested for another.

Hi all.
I applied today for my police clearance certificate to Indian embbasy Toronto.

Earlier I stayed in US for 4 years and sent the PCC, FBI (USA) along with my CEC appl on 25th Nov 2013 and received my AOR on 10th Jan, 2014. I am planning to visit my friends marriage in USA in March. Do I have to send again the PCC, FBI (USA) to CPP-O? Can anyone share your thoughts.

Hey there everyone..

I need some advice on how to go about submitting my Criminal record check from outside of Canada. I prepared and submitted my application outside of Canada and only included my Police Certificate from my home country as this is where I have been residing for over the last 6 months. Additionally I also included in my application a letter indicating that I would submit a Canadian Criminal record check at later stgage ( ie after I got my AOR) Now I read through the literature found on both the Immigration and RCMP websites and I have already gathered fingerprints from my local Police office. Looking at the timelines on the RCMP and to avoid a lengthy process of submitting paper prints I need to have them electronically scanned. On the RCMP website there is a list of accredited agencies that perform such services. Has anyone ever used any of these?..just looking for some reviews please. Also when I submit to one of these agencies, from what I understand I must sign a consent form indicating that I have granted them permission to submit my results to Immigration on my behalf..is that correct?

Any advice especially a seniors take would be truly appreciated!

Hi All

In one of my WP, instead of my "Employer's Name" my "Client's Name" is mentioned. Even when I had to apply for WP extension, it my Employer would do, but when i got the WP extension, again the "Client's Name" is mentioned.

When i applied for PR, under CEC, i had included the reference letter both from my Employer and Client, but didnt included a cover letter explaining this difference.

Do you think this will be a problem while the VO is reviewing my file? What are the option i have to allay this concern.

Please assist.

Need your advise at the earliest.

My work permit expired on December [i applied for PR on November 2013]. Today I got a call from my employer that my LMO has been rejected and I have to leave the country in 3 weeks.

I would like to know if there is a way to get BOWP. Any information is really appreciated.
