Yesterday I received a confirmation email from Cost Recovery CPCO that they have received my RRPF and no further action is required on my part. Had paid the RRPF on the 2nd of June.

Is CPCO supposed to send a separate email that RPRF is added to the application? I just got an automatic reply once I submitted my payment receipt on June 2. Thanks.

I think getting RPRF is a strong indication of application getting approved.


Any one waiting for PPR after 3 weeks of RPRF ? I checked trend from last few months Usually its 3 week or less than for a PPR.
Also any comments on waiting time for Passport return ? I have to make some travel plans, will booking tickets one month from the day of sending Passports is good?

My spouse study permit getting expire on 30th July, When should I renew it , considering my RPRF date is 2nd june

I am waiting for PPR since last 2 and half month...

I don't think so, but I had used the standard email template from here: http://cectoolkit.weebly.com/email-template.html
The last line said, please acknowledge if possible. Maybe that's why.

Hopefully every Nov and previous applicants PR journey comes to an end of this month. Hopefully i get my PP back just in time for me to land on Jul-1.. What better way to begin life as PR on Canada Day

My Application was received by CIC on 25th Nov(NOC2174).. I had done upfront medicals in may and CIC acknowledged the receipt of my medicals on 6th June via email.
However My ECAS still showing as Application Received and I haven't received any MR or RPRF outstanding email.

Is this Normal ??

I would appreciate your insights.

Nil, nothing is unusual when it comes to CEC. You should start worrying if you don't get any thing my July end . It took them 45 days to update my medicals on Ecas. Also I didn't get any MR after upfront medicals

Guys, Its been 3 weeks already since Decision made , No PPR as of yet .

Just hoping that its not a refusal , This waiting game is killing me,

Heya. .are you from a visa exempt country?

If your are from a visa exempt country then:

Ecas changes to decision made first and you receive copr in the mail. Generally speaking from the feedback I've seen and read thus far about this. .Once you've been requested to do medicals and pay rprf and receive a decision made status. It's most likely that your copr is on it's way in the mail to you. Seniors please correct me if needed. I also a have decision made status on my ecas since June 14th. It also seems that snail mail will vary clearly on where you are living. I'm out if Canada at present but my mailing address is in Ontario. .so I hope that I know something by next week as I don't see why mail from Ottawa to Ontario should take any longer but hey..just my two cents.

Can anyone advise if copr is mailed out before decision made for visa exempt countries?

If you are from a country that requires a visa the process is usually PPR via email then Decision made. Timelines also vary from a few days to weeks.

ECAS status to changed to 'In process' today from 'Application received' , which means within a week the ECAS status got changed after receiving MR.

Nov 1st applicant , received MR on June 12th.

hi cec is the same category like work permit or different bcz i applied for work permit same NOC 2171 I filled paper based application on feb 24 2014 from islamabad pakistan i have given every thing together like passport and medical upfront. after applying haven't heard any thing yet.plz update ur status thanks
