NOVEMBER 2013 APPLICATIONS

I received Medical request on 13th May and did them on 15th May. As per the doctor's office, they uploaded the result on 22nd May. However, I have not received any thing from CIC yet. They should not take this much time to send PPR....... This wait game in getting boring now

Whoa, this is getting totally random now. MR for both App File dates of Nov 1 and Nov 28 received almost at the same time. I am starting to think all the pending applications were sitting on a VO's desk on vacation.

I can't wait for mine!

I just wanted to know few things:

1.I got medical request on jun 3rd 2014 and medicals are done on jun 10th.I also got RPRF on jun 6th and paid on the same day.so actually i have a plan to go to India this month,So if i get a passport request within how many days do i get?

2.If i get passport request within how many days should i send it (eg:within 60days) something like that.I want to know the exact time span.

3.I heard from some of my neighbors that i wont be able to travel till i get PR card , and still the process is like 2 more months so i should not travel in dis mean time..Is it like that? Can any of u seniors help me out in this case..It would be really helpful..

It varies. There are couple of folks waiting since 22nd May to get their PPR. So that's three weeks so far. I would play it safe and wait for a month.
2.If i get passport request within how many days should i send it (eg:within 60days) something like that.I want to know the exact time span.
60 days to submit passport

You can leave and enter Canada by road. Your COPR will be sufficient. But if you want to travel by air/sea, then you are out of luck. Need a PR card or a in special situations, there is a procedure where you get a temporary travel document.
